I had a collision with an unlit road maintenance trailer on the A4 highway. I was driving 110 km/h. The police gave me a ticket from art. 86.1, which I accepted in shock, even though I was alone and no one else was involved in the incident. I even copied the recording from the dashcam on the spot and showed it to the police officers, but it didn't affect them. I commissioned an expert opinion on accident reconstruction, which confirmed the lack of reaction and the fact that such an unlit object should not be on the highway. I appealed to the court, presenting the film, photos and expert opinion. The judge did not mention the circumstances, but only stated that by accepting the ticket, I pleaded guilty and that closes the matter. The judgment is final, my car is for scrap, and I did not receive compensation. What else can I do? Can you help me? From the driver's level, the trailer was so invisible that after the impact I didn't even know what I had hit and that I was going to hit something. According to the expert's calculations, the trailer appeared in my lights 0.88s before the impact
